Advisors have long been advocating for clients to get in the best shape possible but does the here and now outweigh a lifetime?

When it comes to weight you have to realize that muscle mass weighs more than fat so a scale isn't an accurate scale for body weight. It has to be broken down. A person weighs less in the morning than they do in the evening so if that person goes to the doctor and get weighed they will be heavier than they were in the morning because your body holds water to sustain your body all day and then don't forget all the food that you eat during the day.
