    The province has 'set aside' the 2.2 billion to upgrade over 300 schools, however, the provincial Liberal government has not actually spent the money to do the upgrades. Seems the provincial Liberals like to talk about the things they are going to do but don't want to really do them. if we had a level 8 or 9 earthquake during a school day today thousands of school children would die immediately or be so seriously injured that they would die before any form of assistance could reach them...
