    I concur with Alex Lucas and congratulate Manulife for their innovation adding the "participaction" (aka "vitality") dimension to the life insurance premium pricing model. The only exception to this is their use of metal names instead of generic descriptors in reference to the paticipaction/vitality score premium modifier factor. It would be welcome to see generic descriptors instead of obscure metal names, and I say the same about the nomenclature for credit cards...
