The new design allows plan administrators to access all of their services and content from a single homepage.
“The design is more user-friendly and easier to navigate,” said Norma Crouse, Equitable Life assistant vice president of claims and administration. “It allows plan administrators to quickly update plan member changes, perform administrative updates and easily find the documents they need.”
Other enhanced and new functionality includes:
- A new premium calculator that allows plan administrators to estimate monthly premium costs per benefit for plan members
- The ability to update banking information after enrollment
- A streamlined process for updating member information, including changing family categories for health and dental benefits
- A restructured enrollment tool aimed at delivering a better user experience.
“The changes are all based on feedback our clients provided to our service teams,” Crouse said. “We used their suggestions to deliver a helpful resource tool that meets their needs.”
